Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid memberships, packages, or consultations booked through Archived Clinic (https://archived-vo4q3dxhu1.dipdiet.in/).
Consultations & programs
- Rescheduling: Request at least 24 hours before your appointment via or archived-clinic+vO4q3DxHu1RKkgWluGJDzRTCz2r1@pms360.migration.local when possible.
- No-shows: Missed appointments without notice may not be rescheduled free of charge.
- Program fees: Refund eligibility depends on the plan you purchased; partial refunds may apply only for unused portions as determined by the clinic.
Online payments
When Razorpay or other online checkout is enabled, refunds (if approved) are processed back to the original payment method within standard banking timelines (typically 5–10 business days).
Cancellations by the clinic
If we cancel a session or program start date, you may choose a full refund or credit toward a future batch.
How to request a refund
Email archived-clinic+vO4q3DxHu1RKkgWluGJDzRTCz2r1@pms360.migration.local or call **** with your registered name, phone number, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
